EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCT(S) ELIGIBILITY
Products must meet criteria below:
- All products and items must be new, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all ties, tags, seals, wrapping, netting attached and returned in their original packaging.
- Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or attached by anything or otherwise altered.
- Unaltered and unused (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored, washed or etc;)
- Odor-free (smoke, food, perfume or etc;);
- The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.
- Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or attached by anything or otherwise altered and has to be in resalable condition.
* Damaged or used items may not be returned.
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
- All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customers own expense.
Important Return/Exchange Notice and Guidelines.
We only accept returns/exchanges on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut or altered in any way.
Please Note Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards o federal law, health regulations, and sanitary considerations prevent us from accepting for returns or re-sale ANY HAIR EXTENSION AND HAIR PIECES that has been used.
Non Refundable Items
All Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, DVD/Videos, Webinars, Educational Manual, Online training, Adhesives, Removers, Hair Care Products, Hair Styling, Hair Accessories, Liquids, and Special Oder Item Are Final, Not Returnable and Non Refundable And Are Not Subject To Return-Exchange or Store Credit.
