A customer who purchases Viva Femina products from an Independent Representative's inventory, at a home party sponsored by the Independent Representative or directly from the Viva Femina website using Independent Representative's ID number may return the unopened, unused, unaltered product(s) to the Independent Representative from whom it was purchased, within thirty (30) days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling costs). This return policy does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Viva Femina Products purchased from Authorized Retailer,must be returned to the Authorized Retailer location where merchandise was purchased and it shall be the responsibility of the Authorized Retailer to issue the refund to his or her customer.
Products purchased directly from Viva Femina via Viva Femina's website and shipped directly to the customer by Viva Femina may be returned if product(s) are unopened, unused and unaltered in any way to Viva Femina home office within thirty (30) days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling costs). This return policy does not apply to products used, opened, damaged by abuse or misuse, and packaging must be in resalable condition.
Exchange Policy Incorrect or Defective Item
If you were accidentally shipped the wrong product and received an incorrect color or defective item, then Viva Femina,Inc. will replace your order by providing you with an exchange of the correct item, that you originally ordered. Product must be returned to Viva Femina,Inc. prior to shipping to new exchanged item. Request for exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Must follow return-exchange guidance).If an exchange is not feasible, Viva Femina may issue (i) a store credit for the amount of the exchanged products, which may be used to purchase other products, or (ii) a full refund of the purchase price.This return policy does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Our gift certificates and gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, and we're not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and gift cards. If an item was purchased with a gift certificate or gift card is returned, the refund will be placed back on the gift certificate. If an item purchased as part of a monthly special is returned and the qualifying purchase amount is no longer met, you will then be charged the full retail price of the monthly special item.
Hot Styling Tools Warranty Policy
Hot Styling Tools Warranty PolicyViva Femina styling tools are manufactured to the highest standards and will provide you with superior performance when used in accordance with the instructions in the manual. Viva Femina offers a limited waranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase and will repair or replace, at Viva Femina's opinion, your appliance free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials. Not covered by the guarantee are steel parts, plastic parts, flex cord, as well as damages caused by improper handling or use.
To obtain services under this warranty:
Products must be registered within 90 days from date of purchase in order to qualify and to validate manufactures warranty (register your product online here).
- It is the responsibility of the consumer to supply the service agent proof of the date of purchase of the appliance (e.g. receipt showing the date of purchase).
- Warranty does not apply to devices showing abuse, damage, or to our judgment are not defective.
- Warranty is not valid if damage has been cause to the product being dropped or if repair has been attempted by any unauthorized person.
- In the unlikely event that the product is found defective please return the appliance in its original Packaging.
- All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
DO NOT SEND the appliance to Viva Femina prior to contacting Viva Femina. At the time of contact, the proper return procedure will be explained to you and a Return Authorization Number "RMA#" will be assigned. Any appliance returned without a Return Authorization Number may prohibit assistance with processing. Once the warranty period expires, Viva Femina will not take responsibility for any replacement or repairs.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIVA FEMINA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS ON ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation and ship in a sturdy, cardboard box.
Once your iron is received by us, it will be inspected by our Warranty Department. If we determine that your warranty claim is the result of a manufacturer's defect caused within normal use*, we will replace** your iron and ship a new one back to you.
We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your warranty replacement. We'll email you again after we process your request to let you know when your replacement item ships. Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of receipt at the Service Department to receive your replacement.
* If we determine that your warranty claim is NOT the result of a manufacturer's defect or caused by unintended use, you will be responsible for paying to have your iron shipped back to you.
If an item is out of warranty at the time a replacement is requested, the replacement request will be rejected and/or the item will be returned directly to you with a letter confirming the expired warranty. You will be responsible for paying to have your iron shipped back to you.
** If your iron qualifies under warranty, it will be replaced by the same style, size and color. If the same style, color and size is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most comparable current item and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Requested substitutions will not be honored.
Warranty Replacement Processing Fees
Our warranty replacement processing fee covers shipping and handling for your replacement item. Please include payment to cover the return shipping and handling of the replacement. You may pay for the shipping option on the warranty form by credit card or money order. No checks accepted.

Hair Brushes Warranty Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty against effects in materials of workmanship. Our warranty covers one-time replacement. Please note that your replacement brush is not covered by the warranty. To qualify brush must be purchased from viva Femina website or authorized retailer.
PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FROM VIVA FEMINA
You must comply with the following procedures to obtain a refund or exchange:
(a) You must receive approval for a return in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before you ship the return to the Company. This approval must be obtained either by telephone or in writing, and the actual return shipment must be accompanied by the RMA number and a signed letter stating the reason for your return or exchange and copy of the invoice.
(b) The Company will provide you with the correct procedures and location for returning the Products. The company will not refund the original shipping cost on Products that you return. All return shipping cost must be paid by you; ( Support Service: 800-892-8188)
(c) Products sent to Company without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense; and
EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCT(S) ELIGIBILITY
Products must meet criteria below:
- All products and items must be new, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all ties, tags, seals, wrapping, netting attached and returned in their original packaging. Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or attached by anything or otherwise altered.
- Unaltered and unused (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored, washed or etc;)
- Odor-free (smoke, food, perfume or etc;);
- The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.
- Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or attached by anything or otherwise altered and has to be in resalable condition.
* Damaged or used items may not be returned.
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
- All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customers own expense.
Important Return/Exchange Notice and Guidelines.
We only accept returns/exchanges on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut or altered in any way.
Please Note Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards o federal law, health regulations, and sanitary considerations prevent us from accepting for returns or re-sale ANY HAIR EXTENSION AND HAIR PIECES that has been used.
Non Refundable Items
All Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, DVD/Videos, Webinars, Educational Manual, Online training, Adhesives, Removers, Hair Care Products, Hair Styling, Hair Accessories, Liquids, and Special Oder Item Are Final, Not Returnable and Non Refundable And Are Not Subject To Return-Exchange or Store Credit.
